Ray C. Carter, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer
With 17 years of experience in direct sales and
marketing, Mr. Carter is known for his ability to create and implement
successful systems and strategies in the consumer products marketplace.
Respected throughout the Direct Sales Industry, he is considered a top
executive in the field.
Mr. Carter joins StemTech to create the organization
and strategies necessary to launch cutting edge nutraceutical
technologies utilizing the power of direct sales distribution. He
has extensive experience with both private and public companies, from
start up to Fortune 500. Mr. Carter is well versed in all aspects
of corporate management including product development, procurement,
manufacturing, sales and marketing, corporate administration,
information systems and finance.
Mr. Carter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business Administration from the University of Maine and a Master of
Business Administration degree in Management from Southern New Hampshire
University, graduating with honors.
Christian Drapeau, MSc, Chief Science
Officer
Mr. Drapeau is an author, research scientist and
neurophysiologist with over thirteen years of research experience in the
fields of natural foods and nutrition. He has lectured on
nutrition to over 30,000 people since 1994, presenting profound health
information and insights with clarity and humor.
Mr.Drapeau has been the Director of Research at
Desert Lake Technologies since 2000, pursuing scientific research in
collaboration with various universities and research centers on the
health benefits of certain botanical raw materials. Based on
research he produced, and information he researched from other various
scientific teams, Mr. Drapeau and his collaborators recently proposed
and published a breakthrough theory on adult stem cell physiology, and
is the co-inventor of StemEnhance.
Mr. Drapeau received a bachelor’s degree in
Neurophysiology from McGill University, Montreal, in 1987 and a master’s
degree from the Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery from the
Montreal Neurological Institute, McGill University, Montreal, in 1991.
